Great quote! How wonderful the world would be if we’d all make this a daily effort. 🙂

Isn’t that the truth? For me I think it is a daily effort, but unfortunately not always a successful effort.

Such a great quote. Just think how many times we’ve all felt a moment of joy when a complete stranger smiles at you for no other reason than they’re just lovely people. And then reflect on how a scowl or an impatient toot of a horn can have the completely opposite effect. Give me the smile any day. And yes, I do practice this – I feel better, even if the recipient of my smile is indifferent.

That is very true how we tend to react to smiles. I try to practice it–not always successfully.

It really strikes home with me…and something to strive for.

Love this quote. I should try to reach for this goal everyday, but definitely fall short most of the time.

We can only try. We’re still human so we can’t be 100% successful but still something to aim for.

You so right. Sometimes all it takes is a simple gesture or acknowledgement of the other persons humanity.
